What is the return policy at Pickomo?
Each product at Pickomo is closely scrutinized before being dispatched to our esteemed customers. Upon receipt, we urge our customers to inspect the goods in detail. In the event, there is a discrepancy, we will arrange for immediate replacement. Post acceptance of the product by the customer, we do not take returns of the product. Please note that Pickomo does not endorse the “try and return” policy.

What is the time period of receiving the refund?
In the event, we accept the return of the product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the product. The refund process are usually subject to the time taken by payment gateways and respective banks.
How will I receive the refunds?
Depending on your method of payment (net banking, credit card, debit card , e-wallet), the refunds are reversed directly to that payment method. However, in case of Cash on Delivery, the refunds will be issued to your bank account using NEFT. Information about your bank account will be exchanged during the time of returns. Please note that Pickomo will only refund back to the account which has the same name and particulars as on the bill.
Can I cancel my order?
We provide a grace period of 12 hours to allow the customers to cancel any order placed by mistake. Post that period of time, we begin our process to get your desired furniture to your door step. Please call us on our 24X7 helpline for assistance on this.
